3. What VoyaGo Provides

VoyaGo is a travel companion app with AI trip support, local discovery, map features, GPS check-ins, digital passport stamps, travel recaps, subscriptions, and social travel features.

4. Kai AI Assistant

Kai is designed to help with travel ideas, local suggestions, summaries, and planning. Kai may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You should verify important details such as safety, visas, opening hours, prices, bookings, directions, and health requirements independently.

5. Travel And Safety

VoyaGo does not guarantee the safety, quality, legality, availability, or accessibility of any place, route, event, user, or travel suggestion. You are responsible for your own decisions while traveling.

6. User Content

You own the content you create, such as profile details, check-ins, photos, journal entries, and shared passport moments. By sharing content in VoyaGo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and operate that content inside the service.

7. Crew And Community Conduct

You may not use VoyaGo to harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, spam, scrape, exploit, or harm other people. We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts that create safety risks or violate these terms.

8. Subscriptions And Purchases

VoyaGo may offer paid features through Pro plans or other purchases. Prices, trials, renewals, cancellation rules, and refunds may be handled by the App Store, Google Play, or the payment provider shown at checkout.

You may stop using VoyaGo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms were violated, if required by law, or if an account creates risk for the service or other users.
