VoyaGo may collect account information such as your name, email address if provided, profile details, travel preferences, and settings you choose inside the app.

When you use map, discovery, nearby, or check-in features, VoyaGo may process location information. GPS check-ins only happen when you actively use check-in features or grant location permission for related app experiences.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to personalize Kai travel suggestions, show relevant places, create your Digital Passport, keep stamp and journal history, support Crew discovery, improve app reliability, and respond to support requests.

3. Kai AI Chat

Messages you send to Kai may be processed by AI model providers so Kai can generate travel answers, route ideas, recaps, and local suggestions. We do not sell your Kai chats, and we do not use your chats to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Location, Stamps, And Passport

VoyaGo uses location to support real-world travel features such as nearby discovery, GPS-verified check-ins, digital stamps, and map guidance. You can control location permissions through your device settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate VoyaGo, including AI model providers, analytics or crash reporting providers, subscription processing providers, and legal authorities when required by law.

6. Payments And Subscriptions

Purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another app store payment provider. VoyaGo does not receive your full card details from app store purchases.

7. Cookies And Local Storage

The VoyaGo website may use basic local storage or cookies for site functionality and preferences. The mobile app stores some settings locally on your device to keep the experience smooth.

8. Data Retention

We keep account information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and related data from app settings or by contacting us.

9. Children

VoyaGo is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
